Its important to understand that nutrients compete for pathways. For example, your morning coffee will inhibit your iron absorption and taking omega-3s (fish oil) without a good source of fat is basically useless.
⏰Timing of supplements is also important. Taking magnesium or Ashwagandha in the morning is going to leave you feeling sluggish during the day while taking B12 at night can interfere with REM sleep 😴
