This holiday season, NVNT Haircare is getting rave reviews for haircare.
Here is a great suggestion. I just did this and it was eye-opening. I made an Excel spreadsheet and went through all my Apple subscriptions. Categorized them as monthly and yearly depending on the way I was charged. I was also able to go into each app and select 'see all plans', sometimes I was able to select a lower subscription price. IE, if they have a promotion subscription you may select that and save money! I also listed all my Amazon 'Subscribe and Save' items. I went through my personal and business credit cards and listed all monthly subscriptions and deductions. I categorized also as personal and professional. I found things I was double billed for and things I had not caught that had either raised the subscription price and was not worth the value or things that I was paying for that I did not realize. Yes, I realize there is an app for this, but you know what? That cost money. So I did it myself. I was able to self-audit my subscriptions and clean up a lot! To do this on Apple IOS, go into your settings, at the top click your name, then select subscriptions, I suggest filtering by either renewal date, or by price. Then I went through each one.
For business owners, especially us in the beauty profession,
this is great for taxes as well come tax time. There are several apps that are tax write-offs for us. You will have immediate access at tax time under your professional tab for your write-offs. I normally have my business write-offs on a business credit card but I only have one payment method with Apple and that is a personal card. Take 30 min to an hour and do a self-audit! Feels great to be in control and in the know. Then take some of your saved money and invest it! Let that money grow. HAPPY SAVING! Message me if you have questions.

This industry is changing rapidly and I’d be lying if I said it isn’t weird. I love growing, progressing and change — but I do miss the days when we didn’t have to jump through hoops to stay on an ‘algorithm’ and the pressure to create isn’t forced.
Keep on keeping on. Keep creating simply to create and don’t let social media rush you!
