Harmony Therapeutics

Decided to go fully plant based today for lunch. Created a delectable garden salad with fresh romaine, mixed baby greens, carrots, beets, celery and raisins. I added some vegan "chicken" and "feta" for the nutrition, texture and flavor. Typically I don't think very highly of meat and cheeze replacements even as a someone who was raised vegetarian, however these two companies really did a good job making these a delicious plant based options. Yumm.

Adding a little creativity to the Healing Arts Studio. I'll call this the Fun With JesSay! Embodied Music, Art, & Movement Therapy corner (working title).
I'm def going to play with it a bit more but I had a blast laying out this rough draft.

Come see it yourself Saturday Sept 18. I'll be hosting an open house, offering a sample of the ambiance, a Thai Yoga Massage demonstration, Kava tea, locally made chocolate, and other refreshments. Who knows we maybe we'll even break out an improv jam!

I was blessed by the company of the sweet souls of Ashley Jackson and Karen Staicer at Harmony Therapeutics Healing Arts Studio Last week. Together we set the intention for authenticity and presence what ensued was a Thai Massage Love fest. I was graced by the healing touch of Ash which opened up a portal of healing an old trauma. After that He and I focused on giving Karen our full attention. We shared and connected on many levels before parting ways. What a wonderful way to bring the healing vibration to the new space! Thank you two for a lovely evening.
