My goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals within 30 minutes of Jamestown , Ohio I focus on overall body with body weights and some cardio.
Through my personal fitness journey I have come to realize how much working out and taking care of my body has changed my life. I have such empathy for women who want to work out but afraid to go to a class or to the gym. All it takes it just the will to get started and the commitment to keep at it! What makes me different is that I come to your home and bring all the supplies with me to help you

I haven't actually counted but I am guessing this week will be our highest attendance week to date!
Thankful for those that show up daily! Thankful for the friendships I have made. Thankful for a full belly laugh at 5am and trying to herd the cats 🐈 somedays is a struggle but always a joy!
