Regarding recent cancellations and rescheduled appointments…

Dear Valued Clients,

As many of you may have realized, I have not been well. Starting in November, I was plagued with a migraine that only seemed to worsen as the weeks went on. The pain has been indescribable and has in effect disabled me. I now know why.

I have been diagnosed with an extremely painful neurological disorder called Trigeminal Neuralgia. It causes a host of symptoms, which I suffer from including severe and crippling nerve pain in the head, face and scalp, vision distortion, light sensitivity, dizziness, and seizures.

I have tried to work in between a lull in attacks but the attacks are now constant and ongoing. A few methods of relief have been tried but I will require surgery. Thankfully, this procedure is said to give IMMEDIATE relief of symptoms and I can be back to work within 7-10 of the procedure so that is something to look forward to.

I just wanted to say thank you to my clients who were patient and understanding. Those of you who know me and know only a medical situation or a family tragedy would cause this type of appointment upheaval. I appreciate your unwavering support at this time.
