Fashion or Function ?!?!
Sometimes I don’t care,and go for fashion. Hats never get old.
Yes, and they do hide wrinkles. I don’t know why wrinkles sometimes look annoying, especially on pictures.
I got my forehead wrinkles on my 20s.
Should get used to them by now.
They not reflecting my age,
they reflecting the way i see this world.
I am just wondering. Keep wondering.
I don’t think i would ever stop wondering.

Workout hard,
rest harder.
Recovery time for your muscles is just, if not more important then work time. Why is that ?
Think Brain. Think Nervous System.
If you are constantly on the roll,
«fight - flight » mode, if you «rest- digest » is on the slack or not existent, your training results will reflect that.
Did it ever happen to you?
You work hard, but nothing is happening.
Add sauna and make sauna time of meditation and relaxation regular.
Watch your world change.

Practice being intentionally uncomfortable.
Example? Simple.
How often you get down on the ground?
Based on what I hear from my clients, not often. It’s uncomfortable.
Why should you?!??
1. Need. To play. With a baby.
With a puppy. # #
2. Need. To work. Pick up. Put down.
3. Need. To keep. Keep your body
healthy and happy.
Moving body makes body happy.
I thought laying on the couch makes
body happy.
Look at babies and puppies.
As we get older, we are trying to avoid
being uncomfortable.
That makes us older.

Eccentric or lengthening
strength - key to improvement of movement quality.
Movement quality is prerequisite to movement longevity.
