Your body chemistry can make you more attractive to mosquitoes.
To help mosquito bites heal and itch less:
✔️ Apply a cold compress for 10–15 minutes.
✔️ Use 1% hydrocortisone cream or calamine lotion to reduce itching.
✔️ Avoid scratching to help prevent infection and scarring.
✔️ If the itching is severe, an oral antihistamine may help.

A few simple habits can make a big difference in protecting your child’s skin during everyday play, vacations, and time outdoors.
☀️ Apply sunscreen 15–30 minutes before going outside.
🧴 Reapply every 2 hours, and after swimming or sweating.
👒 Dress kids in wide-brim hats and UV-protective clothing when possible.
🕶️ Don’t forget ears, the back of the neck, tops of the feet, and lips.
🌳 Seek shade, especially between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
💧 Keep kids hydrated on hot days.
👶 For babies under 6 months, prioritize shade and protective clothing; ask your pediatrician about sunscreen use if needed.
The heat is not playing☀️ SPF before you step out, and reapply every 2 hours.
SPF in your makeup can help. But it was never meant to replace sunscreen.
Think of it as a bonus, not your first line of defense.

Forehead lines often develop from years of facial movement and expression.
