Nov. 22, 1905. "Lake Shore Drive, Chicago." A beautiful day for a carriage ride, and look out for that omnibus. 8x10 inch dry plate glass negative. The row of Chicago lake-front mansions have been replaced with Chicago lake-front high-rises. Although nestled in among the skyscrapers, a handful of the old stone homes still exist.

Massage therapists ease the pain of hospice patients — but aren't easy to find The pandemic disrupted the massage industry. Now those who specialize in hospice massage therapy are in demand and redefining their roles.

I get asked by clients all the time to determine if they have a rotator cuff tear or not. One can't rule out a rotator cuff tear with any sort of physical assessment. Full thickness tears tend to be pretty obvious, but anything short of that not so much. The easiest way for me to infer the presence of a partial tear is the client's response to treatment.
