Another weather post! We absolutely understand storm anxiety (and anxiety in general!) and if it is affecting your ability to attend a class or session, simply give us a call at 779.205.8055 and we can reschedule, easy peasy.

But we’re happy to say that it appears we can breathe a little easier this time around: looks like the worst of it will be south of us. Candlelight Yin Yoga is on!

No matter what you call it, energy weaves its way through all aspects of life. We’ll discuss classic energy systems, learn ways to expand and support our fields, and experience both our own and others’ energy through gentle techniques and experiments.
