We’ve been struggling since December. We are right back where we were in April 2024.
ON TOP of that we had an electrical issue that caused a cooler to turn off over the weekend.
We lost EVERYTHING that was prepared for sale in that cooler.
Our bank account has been hacked. I’ve been trying to work with bank since last week. ZERO progress has been made.
My dream has made it almost 16 years. I will forever be thankful for that. Jonesboro had been my home for 24 years. This business is the only income I have to support my 3 boys. I’m not looking for a handout. I only want to keep my local, small business alive & thriving.
I can’t help but wonder if Meals For Moms is even needed in our community going forward. Jonesboro has grown so much. It’s extremely hard to keep fighting to keep the doors open. It seems I see small, local businesses closing left & right. I even recently had a former small business owner whose store closed working for me. I feel like people just forget about us. Whatever the future holds for us, I still have to get taxes, rent, payroll, & everything else paid. I feel lost & unsure about anything. I sincerely thank you for your time & your business over the years.
