I’m a huge lover of cupping!! It is the one thing my youngest will let me use on him when a muscle hurts or is tender to the touch!
A less invasive approach to getting work done! A pulling the muscle gently up to relieve pressure instead of pushing on what is already super sore.
✨Tip of the day! ~ One of few tools that is safe to go over the spine to aid relief safely where the attachment sites connect!

Massage update! New hours and location!
Hi Friends!
BIG NEWS!! I am so excited and happy to announce that on April 1st, I will be swapping locations! Books are open and taking new clientele! 🙂
I will join Zach Thompson and Shelbie Huffman at IBG Studio, a private fitness training facility off 1201 E. 32nd Street in Joplin, Mo!
Also! If you are a client of mine, I have a bonus for you! 😉
