With a client/ friends permission, I’m sharing her success story…

A lovely young woman came in a few weeks ago with terrible knee pain, so much she was worried about going to a specialist.
We talked, I asked her about her work, lifestyle etc…
I suggested a bit of core work and gave her stretches to do.

Today has been a good day….
