I have 1 private room available that is move in ready!! Located at 20th in Joplin! Central of everything!

I will have a month to month contract/lease agreement. The room is 10x8 and has cabinets for storage. It does not have running water but you’ll definitely have access to water if needed in the break room right across the hall or bathroom!

Our salon will consist of 3 hairstylist and then of course whatever the 4th person/private room entails! We’ve renovated it to be very modern and would love to fill it with someone kind, and independent. Who is also supportive and encouraging of others!

We provide a waiting area, snacks, drinks and some sort of coffee bar for our clients.

Wifi and Utilities are included and washer/dryer is on hand if needed as well.

Rarity Salon has 2 spots available for rent and I’d love to start giving tours to any independent artist wanting more information!

I have 1 private room available for any artist looking for their own space! (Esti, lash teach, waxing etc.) and 1 booth rental available!

It is SO SO close to being ready to open! We have a few weeks of finishing up but other than that things are looking so exciting! I can’t wait to share pictures soon! 🤩
