Just wanted to post a policy for all my clients. I have not been good at upholding my policies as of late, but I want to do better. Just going back the last 2 weeks, I have lost over $1,500 in services due to last minute cancellations or no shows. This job is not a hobby for me, and I rely on it to make money to support my family. I have had to make sacrifices to rebook people in my time off, and miss my children’s events or family time. Or I’ve just simply had to take the financial loss when I can’t fit it into my busy schedule. I would like to continue to do this job for a long time, as I feel I am really good at it, and genuinely love what I do and my clients. So please be understanding that this policy is going to have to be enforced from here on out. Thank you all for supporting me, and I appreciate every one of you!
