Anxiety is not the enemy. Anxiety is communication. Communication from your inherently wise mind-body-spirit. It’s telling you something is off. Something needs some more attention. Some healing. Anxiety can not be simplified down to “fear of the future.” What a disservice to yourself and how you were created. Because…Anxiety can be a dysregulated nervous system where it’s not helping process emotions and experiences as it should be. It can mean the switch to your fight-flight-freeze-fawn mode is stuck in the on position. It can mean there is unwanted inflammation in the cells (specifically in the gut biome) due to environmental factors. It can be a hormonal imbalance. I could keep going but the point is - no matter where the anxiety symptoms pop up - it is always telling a much greater story about yourself. Uncovering the layers of anxiety can reveal deep rooted truths about yourself, a seriously strong sense of self identity, and an authentic life. Again, it’s communication. My new and free training on holistically healing anxiety is going to be released oh so soon and I.AM.PUMPED.

• Starting in FEBRUARY my prices will be changing. This is my livelihood and how I take care of my family. Please be kind and understand this before making your appointment. While I love doing hair this is my actual career and how I put food on the table. Please don’t ask for a discount for I dont ask for a discount from your paycheck;) The prices of everything has increased all around us and unfortunately that has happened with hair as well. My product cost has a most tripled. I would love to give everyone cheap cuts and colors but again, this is how I take care of my family. I’m sure you all understand. ❤️ If anyone has questions regarding prices, don’t hesitate to ask!

• BOOKINGS… I’ve been booked out pretty far in advance, I would suggest booking multiple appointments out so that way you have a guaranteed spot. Once spots are full, they are full. My extra time is spent with my family and I can’t take away from that time.
