Brenda Motes, owner & artist of BLM Cosmetic Artistry, is a certified Micropigmentation Specialist. She is an esthetician, licensed tattoo artist, CCE, CME, & laser technician. Continually working to expand her art, she’s always focusing on learning new techniques & skills.
