Hello Yogi's,

Oakwood Neighborhood Association, (ONA), Wednesday evening on the mat 11/22 No Yoga Class due to next day being Thanksgiving. Sometimes I have held class on the Wednesday prior but this year will not work for me.

Comstock Community Center 11/27 last day in 2023 for Chair Yoga class. We will start back up in January 2024. Comstock Community Center closes for the month of December.

ONA may have some cancellations coming up due to the renovations they are doing. I will alert you as soon as I know something.

Regular Schedule of open/public Classes for December:

ONA - Chair Yoga, Mondays 1:30 - 2:30 pm & On the Mat, Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30 pm

I hope this finds you all well. Have a Happy 4th of July. We will not have classes on Monday 7/3 or Tuesday 7/4, Classes will be as normal at Oshtemo Senior Center, 1 - 2 pm and ONA, 6:30 - 730 pm on Wednesday 7/5.

I now have two public locations for Chair Yoga:
Oakwood Neighborhood Association at 3320 Laird in Kalamazoo and 6411 Parkview in Oshtemo. ONA Chair Yoga is on Mondays from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. and Oshtemo Chair Yoga is on Wednesdays from 1:00 - 2:00 P.m.
On the Mat Yoga is available at ONA on Wednesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
All classes have a minimum donation of $5. Please bring your own mats and props as needed. If you need help with this let me know.

At this time I am canceling all Outside Yoga classes. I may pick them up again later into the summer. this includes today.
Inside Yoga classes are on as they have been at ONA. If you have questions about your ability to attend due to your vaccination status please contact me, (269) 312-5531. They are as follows:
Monday Chair Yoga: 1:30 p.m. at ONA.
Wednesday On the Mat: 6:30 p.m.
Private classes available
Own equipment required but may be able to help occasionally.
$5 minimum donation

This week looks like a wash for outside Yoga classes. It's either going to be too cold and/or wet so I am calling them canceled for this week. Next week looks more promising.
Inside Classes are on as usual and the new guided meditation class is on at Elements Thursday at 5:30.
I hope to see some of you on Wednesday or Thursday evening.

This Wednesday, 4/27, Yoga class is cancelled due to an event at ONA. Classes will resume next Wednesday 5/4 as normal at 6:30 p.m.
I am starting up outside Yoga classes again at Blanche Hull Park starting next week with good weather days. Tuesday evenings for on the mat at 6:30 p.m. and Thursday mornings at 10:00 a.m. for chair Yoga. Class will not be held if the temperature is below 60 degrees or if it is raining. These are regular scheduled days, but if there are any questions about whether we are meeting, please contact me. This is Michigan and sometimes the weather is iffy. I may occasionally do a make-up or special day on a Saturday but will let you know if this is happening. We will still be social distancing but outside classes do not have vaccination restrictions. You still need your own equipment, but I may be able to help out if needed. Minimum donation is still $5
It helps me to know if you plan to attend.
Some of you may know I teach private Yoga classes. I do them in my workout space or in your home. Cost is $45 The class is designed for your needs. I have a discount for regular private classes with some restrictions. Ask me about it if you are interested.
Starting this week, I will be leading guided meditations at Elements on Thursday evenings at 5:30 p.m. This is a metaphysical book plus store. Cost is $5
