Another IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

I am leaving on Vacation to Burning Man from Aug 21st through September 7th. Yes this is short notice as I just found out that I was able to procure a ticket. Most of you know how much Burning Man means to me and to my life. I am hoping that the impact will be minimal as I already had most of these days blocked off in case. However many of you had appt booked out though the year or so. I will work as diligently as possible to get you rescheduled as time permits. So if you see a cancelation please be aware of this reason.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO MY CLIENTS:

PLEASE READ:

So over the last few months, I have been increasing the amount of time that I work and while most of you may not know this I have for the most part been in the shop 6 days a week. I realize and completely understand how difficult it is sometimes to get an appointment. I do and always try to help with rescheduling and moving appts when needed. And sometimes, if I have to be out of the shop for personal, health or whatever reason. It becomes even more difficult to reschedule those appts as times are already booked up. At this time, I have no overflow room and no wiggle room. I also realize then when I am out of the shop for any reason it affects more then just one appt. But, in the last week i have also had over 6 cancellation or no shows at the last minute before an appts and I do not have the ability to fill that time slot (things happen and i totally get that).

I have due to some personal issues decided that I am gong to modify my work schedule and allow people to book appts Tuesday - Friday. I will no longer be working Saturdays as this will allow me to spend a little more time with my family and I only get to be with them on Sundays at this time. I will use Mondays as an overflow day and will use those times for rescheduling clients as needed or when I have emergency appts (unscheduled events, school things, weddings, events and so on). I believe this will help me manage my time between my shop and home life.

If you currently have a Saturday Appt. I will talk with you about your appt times as I have a few of you already. Those that I can not reschedule I will keep those appts or we can talk one on one about making any changes.

I hope you can all be understanding of these changes. Please reach out to me if you have any questions regarding your appt times.

I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you in my shop. I have formed amazing friendships with all of you and if I had the ability to be in the shop 8 days a week i would but at 51 I have to maintain some balance.

Just to let everyone know today I am OUT sick, And just so everyone understands this. I will not work when I am sick, I will not come into the shop when I am sick, I actually care about YOU my clients. Yes, its been quite a crazy time we are living in. I do my very best being one man in one shop. I will make mistakes just like anyone. But, I actually do the very best job I am able to do. When I am able to rebook a scheduled appt I do it. I have literally been working almost every one of my days off just to accommodate people that either miss appt or reschedule appts as needed. I humbly apologize to anyone that I have to miss an appt for. But, please know that I do not just randomly cancel appts for no reason at all.

Living in a covid era, means sometimes things dont always go the way we want them too.

I love and appreciate everyone of my clients.

Well 2021 is a wrap in the shop. I’d just like to say thank you to everyone of my clients as you are all Friends and Family. This year was filled with a lot of Emotions, Frustrations, Little Successes, and always the uncertainty of the world. I hope each and every one of you has a safe and magical holiday season. I know we will all have some more hurdles to get past with this pandemic but I hope that we can come together again with a lot more laughter and love. You all really do make my time in the shop fun and interesting every single day that I get to be there.

Important update: while most of you know I will be leaving town for a bit of time. While I am gone you can certainly book an appointment with Joey at Studio 3/31 in portage (269)366-6838 or with
Jeff Gettys at Gettys Barbershop in Vicksburg (269) 447-0091. I will look forward to seeing everyone once I get back in July.

This is an IMPORTANT Message to all my clients. I will be out of my shop from the beginning of May until July 1st. This is the reason you may have trouble booking an appointment right now. There will be more exciting news in the near future.

Hey all you wonderful Humans. As I get back in my shop from my being out sick. A few things to keep in mind. I am NOT Doing any Beard or Facial Hair and Masks will be worn by everyone before and during the service. I am being very diligent about this. Our state Barber Board has asked all salon and Barbershops to adhere to this policy until our numbers get better for our state. Currently I have to be very careful for my own health as well. Please be patient as I may have to juggle or move appointments over the next few weeks I am going to try and I mean TRY to get as many of you in as I can. I appreciate all of the LOVE and Messages that I have received from many of you over the past few weeks. I really does mean the world. So if you have an appointment with a Beard Trim or shave I will need to cancel that portion of your appointment. I will only be doing hair cuts for now. I apologize that this is a necessary precaution that we have to take. I will look forward to seeing all over you again soon!!!!! Junior..
