Heidi Palian has over 20 years of experience in advanced bodywork, circadian health, and nervous system regulation, with practices in Washington, DC and South Florida. Her work is grounded in mineral metabolism and mitochondrial function, exploring how light, rhythm, and environment influence the body’s energy systems and physiological balance. A trained innerdance facilitator, she creates original music for the practice that uses circadian-aligned soundscapes to support brainwave states and deep nervous system healing. Through her clinical and creative work, Heidi bridges physiological science with holistic practices to offer practical insights into nervous system resilience and energy regulation. 🫶
