CBD + your monthly cycle

after having three babies, I’ve been through it all. The cramps. The back pain. Vericose vein inflammation - which causes me to not even be able to stand longer than five minutes. Bloating. Migraines.

I used to pop 2 ibuprofens every four hours to deal with the pain and THEN I realized how terrible that is for your body and the damage I was doing. Now I rarely take ibuprofen (I’d say MAYBE ten times a YEAR) because I know how to naturally treat pain with supplements that have no negative side affects. 🙌🏻 it’s easy to get in the habit of popping pills to mask the issues, but man can it hurt you.

CYPRESS ESSENTIAL OIL | I add a few drops of this and CBD oil to epsom salt for a nice relaxing bath - this helps procvide relief and lower inflammation in my legs

MAGNESIUM SUPPLEMENT POWDER | good for all things, helps also relieve inflammation, heighten mood, help relive cramping and migraines, boost energy, help with sleep + it makes my water taste better with the natural strawberry flavor 🍓I love
