As my time behind the chair is coming to an end I am reaching out to all of you in hopes to reduce stress & extra anxiety on both our parts. * As of this week I will not be able to take anymore bookings or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment I will have to refer you to another stylist. With the holidays & my retirement I just don’t have the room in my schedule to rearrange. I hope you understand. I am so grateful for all of your support & kindness as I wrap up a 23 year career and move into a new chapter. 💕

Do I exercise to look a certain way?…NO❗️Do I exercise to get to eat whatever I want…unfortunately NO❗️(Though I do give my body the proper fuel it needs including 🍪 ) Do I exercise to keep my body mobile & strong so I can hike a 14,197ft mountain ⛰after a 12 hour drive & a nap in my jeep🚙…YES‼️Fitness & Nutrition is about more than esthetics, it’s about being able to live the life you want to.

When you’ve got a 6am & 7am PT client at the gym & a 10 am client at the salon & hair that should have been washed yesterday…you find a hat that matches the dress 😂..

Big News!
Sending out a quick note to inform you that I will be stepping out from behind the chair and offically retiring from the cosmetology industry in December of 2022.
As most of you know I have spent the last two years getting a Fitness and Nutrition degree. I am proud to say that I graduated in May with a 4.0 GPA. I could not have gotten through the last two years without your loyality. That why this post is so hard to type. On one hand I am excited to see this new chapter of my life unfold and on the other hand I am sad to see the last chapter close. Most of you have been with me since I started hair 22 years ago at 19 years old. I've been at your weddings, done your babies first haircuts and your teens first dance updo's, in some instances both and their weddings...I have laughed with you and cried with you, been a cheerleader and the reciepiant of your support. You are like family to me, and I hope you know how much you have meant to me the past years through several salon changes, two salon builds and countless other life events. I hope you will contine to support me into this next chapter and I hope that our paths will contine to cross in person or via social media. As the year comes to a close so will my time behind the chair. In December of 2022 I will put down my shears for the last time.. dramatic enough for you.. Over the next months you will see my hours at the salon lessen to accomidate new nutrition and fitness clientel. There will also be a slight increase in service fees as I have tried to curb the increasing costs & inflation but I can not put off the inevatable any longer. I will make refferals as best as I can. Please also know that I will understand if you find someone new before my time is done and there will be no hard feelings. Also booking will be tight and I may not be able to reschedule you if an appointment time ends up not working out. I am happy to share formulas and hair history with any new stylist. Please know this was not an easy decision, 22 years is a long time but now I am excited to see whats next. With Love, Jes

From the gym…to the office… to behind the chair… I’ve been coaching people to feel better on the inside for the last couple days, now it’s time to boost a little confidence on the outside! I still love it behind the chair ♥️.

Getting ready to drop off a quick start guide to a beautiful lady. Learning about nutrition and eating habits is a lifelong journey. There’s not a quick fix button or magic pill. It’s education and consistency.

As some of you know I’ve been in school the last year learning all things in the world of Fitness & Nutrition, I’m also independently studying nutrition outside of school through . As I head towards the end of my 18 month journey through school (in April !) I’m looking for clients, family and friends that would be interested in helping me out with my internship. *Read to the end please! My dearest clients, I have an important update to share with all of you. As most of you know my schedule has been getting busier and busier as of late. I’m so happy that I make you all happy & you are referring friends and family to me! Unfortunately this means I am no longer able to accommodate clients if they are late to their appointments. I am currently double booking and even 5 minutes late can cause a complete back up to my schedule. I understand things happen and I will work with you as much as possible, but I can not continue down this path. From here on I will be enforcing my no show/late cancellation policy & fees.
