Someone was asking making powder into tea tips:)

Use more lemon juice than it says .... I microwave a minute thirty second (target temp 190° if it boils it is too hot kurig will let u set temp) and then add dose of tea and I personally add a tablespoon of lemon juice And a tsp of tumeric mix and let steep for 15 min stirring occasionally. I have personally found mixing (after swpwrating plant matter and making it into it's own tea then combine with sleepy time tea or lavender tea w reds and honey is awesome at night ... Or arnold palmer or flavored peace tea and white strain w some honey for energy..) it also helps w hydrating. Kratom can dehydrate you...

Honest review hands down the aero press is worth money hands down

Cons - messy, sometimes u have to change filter mid cup which is a bitch ...

Pros - less constipation, easier than powder on digestive track, hits harder, faster, stronger, longer ... People use it for pain relief without opiates ,(far more harm reduction with just as much as effect) or those who struggle w addiction to get off,' the over prescription of methadone and suboxone sickens me.
