I literally typed a whole caption about me and deleted it! When it is to write about eyebrows I GOT IT. But I am a work in progress. I’m not perfect I’m not always looking my best but I try everyday!
When I sit here and think, I have evolved as the years have gone by. I remember being in high school and having my life “planned” LOL little did I know 😂.
I became a teen mom, moved hours away from my family, worked at a restaurant until I was able to find something stable, had to trust a stranger to watch my baby. But I kept reminding and telling myself “it’s only temporary “.
Everything is temporary there is always a light at the end of the tunnel it is just how we view the situation. I wanted better for myself and I will not stop until I reach all my goals.
This is me! I love nature, I love exploring, I love everything simple. And that is how Simply Brows was created! ❤️❤️

Your skin is like a sponge after so many passes you skin can only take sooo much before it can not take anymore color. We want to add color without damaging the skin. This is the main reason we build up color in multiple appointments if necessary. At you follow up we have an idea of how much color you retained. So it is totally normal to need more than just your follow up appointment to reach your desired look.

From the moment I told my mother that I was going to pursue a career in the Permeant Make Up industry she told me "Hazlo, yo te voy a ayudar mientras pueda". To be able to count on her with everything I decide to do is just everything. She has supported my ideas from day 1 and has been the biggest chearleader. On days that were not the greatest she continued to tell me "date tiempo mija apenas vaz empezando, solo vas a ir mejorando".
Being a mom and trying to run a business is a challenge. A challenge I was willing to take because I see the benefits that come with it. I am able to manage my schedule, take time off when I want to and most importantly be available for my daughters. Being able to take my oldest daughter to school has been the biggest blessing and I am enjoying it to the fullest. I was always able to count on my mother to do that and more. I can’t thank her enough for what she did for me before I created Simply Brows and what she continues to do.
None of my accomplishments would have been possible with out her help. But I know it was up to me to make the decisions I made along the way to make it happen. Nobody will do it for you! it takes time after work, you working late hours, working through your lunch break, waking up before the kids get up so you have uninterrupted time. Whatever the case is, you find what works for you to make things happen.
You can do it too mama! Being a mom should not stop you from your goals! Trust me I know it is soooo easy to put yourself last! But nomore! Do something for you TODAY! What will that be?

LETS TALK HEALING PROCESS!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It takes 10 days for your eyebrows to heal. During those 10 days your eyebrows go through 3 stages:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1.Redness and maybe a little swollen
2.Patchy/ scabbing
3. Peeling
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stage 1 is usually 1 to 2 days. The redness and swelling will go down after day 2.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stage 2 is when your eyebrows start to create the scab and they will start to look patchy. THIS STARTS TO LOOK VERY DRASTIC. But we are trusting the process right?

Stage 3 is when your scab starts to fall off and they start to peel on their own. NO PULLING is necessary as you will bring the color with you and this can create scars on your eyebrows, and we do not want that to happen!

It is super important to follow After Care instructions. The more you take care of your eyebrows the better results we will have.

APPRECIATION POST!
You know when they say it’s not how long you know someone but what matters is the impact that they have done in a short period of time. Well Ben did just that!
Around this time last year I reached out to Ben to sign up to be one of his students. Fast forward 1 year and I am working side by side him.
