Sisterlock install, the locs are sitting hunty!

𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐄𝐒, 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 & 𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞
Shampoo Sisterlocks TM, Microlocks or Interlocks within 3 days of your retightening appointment. If not, a $25 fee may be added to your appointment. Braid and band as consultant instructed until further notice. Please do not use any oils, conditioners or moisturizers unless otherwise advised by consultant. You can not color your locks until otherwise advised by your consultant. Please know that failure to follow the “General Maintenance” could adversely affect your locks and require repair at an additional cost. Your appointment time/ rate may vary depending on the growth and or maturity of my hair. Part of making sure your Sisterlock TM, Microlocks or Interlock journey is successful. Maintaining your locks and agreeing to follow the instructions of the consultant is key.

𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐒:
As a courtesy to other clients please be on time. If late to your scheduled appointment a fee of $10 will be added on top of the total service price up to 15 minutes.

*Depending on the time of your arrival if I am able to complete your retightening or not, the minimum will still be owed at the time of service. Any unfinished sections will be completed at your next appointment which could add more time and equal additional fees.

Clients who travel will be allowed a 20 minute grace period.

𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘:
Locs Of Love reserves the right to publish, post and promote photos / video taken on our private property. If you wish not to have your photo published, posted or promoted please let me know.

𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘:
Nonrefundable deposits are now required for all services. For Sisterlocks consultations, a $35 nonrefundable deposit must be prepaid to schedule a consultation. The consultation typically lasts about 45 minutes to one hour.
The Sisterlocks establishment locking session requires a 25% nonrefundable deposit to reserve your first locking session. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of the locking session. All deposits are nonrefundable. Quotes for services expire after 30 calendar days. DO NOT SEND PAYMENTS AFTER QUOTES HAVE EXPIRED! Do not offer refunds.

𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 & 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆:
24hr notice is required for rescheduling or canceling scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of up to 100% of service. The fee will be due before another appointment will be scheduled. If your 30 minutes past scheduled appointment time. Appointment will be canceled and a cancellation fee will be due before another appointment will be scheduled. No future appointments will be scheduled until the missed appointment is paid in full.

Excessive cancellations and tardiness will result in a denial of services.

𝐍𝐎 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐍𝐎 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘:
No call no show will be charged the full-service fee. This fee will be due before another appointment is scheduled.

𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐀𝐋:
If you fall under the cancellation or no show policy multiple times you will be dismissed as a client.
Locs of Love can terminate any promised services offered at will as you the client can cancel the contractual relationship at will.

𝐒𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘:
Please me mindful of others & stay home if you're sick. For safety reasons, Locs of Love politely ask clients to reschedule their appointments if during the last 24 hours they have experienced symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, high fever and/or chills. If you do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment there will be no fee. However, although a fee will not be charged if notification is received at least 12 hours before your appointment, a charge for any additional time that it takes for service once a new appointment has been scheduled.

𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐖𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘:
Locs of Love understands that safety is important above all else and understands if a client needs to reschedule due to bad weather. Although a fee will not be charged for this, I acknowledge that I will be charged for any additional time that it takes for service once a new appointment has been scheduled.

𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐑:
Only the client being serviced will be allowed to enter. Also business is not liable for any accidents upon entry, dwelling or exiting the premises.

𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
At the moment only Zelle,Venmo or Cash is accepted.
