During my sessions I offer the Holistic approach because I understand that pain, stress, and discomfort go far beyond the surface level. I spend the first 5-15mins of your session just mapping and listening to your body’s needs before guiding the body back to its natural state of balance. I am a detailed oriented person and refuse to rush. We live in a fast pace environment already no need to carry that over onto the table, this time is precious and just for you so let’s take it slow.

My first official “Essence Shoot!”

I had the opportunity to capture the pure essence of .corner, a yogi who is passionate, inspired and dedication to aligning herself daily. During this shoot I encouraged her to flow in her own essence as if I was not present, this allowed her to truly be one with her craft and peace.

During the editing phase I realized that my eyes are draw to particular part of the image. Her face spoke just as much value as the trees in the background. I only enhance what’s already within you by nature!
