Lil sis may have been panicking for big sis who was doing a big chop, but she was pretty brave herself, cutting off 4 inches, adding long curtain bags and layers!

Time for another big chop!! Love that this adorable guest changes up her hair often and is always brave enough to go for a BIG change (even if her sister panics for her the whole time😂)!

New hair, who dis! Every few years we go red, but we were ready to go back to our usual highlights and deep warm brown. I foiled highlights throughout, avoiding her regrowth, then painted our usual regrowth color on her scalp, and then a color between the foils to cancel out all the red, and voilà! A whole new head of hair, length, bangs, and color!

Time for a refresh! This sweet client has moved out of state, but occasiobly when she’s back in town, she jumps in my chair to make her hair feel beautiful again! And I forgot my after pics, but she was a doll and sent me some from home (thanks to her awesome boyfriend)!!

I forgot my before picture, BUT, her hair was all one color, dark like the top, and we foliaged some beautiful ribbons of bronde through out to get this momma ready for spring!

It can be really hard to find a stylist who can add natural looking depth to natural grey/silver hair. 3 years ago, I would have turned down anyone who asked me to lighten hair to make it look like natural grey/silver hair because it’s such a difficult task. Slowly but surely , I’ve been working on it so when this guest needed me to fix someone else’s work and make her hair look as close to her natural as I could, I accepted the challenge! When I sent her the after pictures, she said “thank you so very much, I feel like myself again!” Mission accomplished!

2nd time in my chair and she wanted to go a little shorter and a little lighter than we did the 1st time! ☑️ and ☑️

This beautiful momma got new beautiful hair for Christmas from her amazing MIL! ❤️

Another new guest in my chair!! And she drove all the way from KS (one of Tycik’s coaches and one of my new friends)! Her previous stylist tried to give her a bit more of a rooted look and solid blonde ends, but J decided she didn’t like how quickly she felt dark and like her hair had already grown out. We added a LOT of new highlights, lightened some of her ends a bit, and gave her back her beautiful blonde! I underestimated the amount of hair she had, and was running super far behind, so i had to quickly style her hair. Next time we are going to cut and I’m going to try to convince her to embrace her AMAZING curls!
