This eye liner look is one of my favorites. The his style is created using a Russian layering and hand made fanning technique and lashes starting at just 5mm. The he longest lashes used on this set is 11 mm and not too many of those were even used. It not everyone’s cup of tea but I love being able to offer all styles and techniques of hat suit my client’s lash health and fashion needs.
