Every ticket helps us empower underprivileged men and women in developing countries by teaching them haircutting skills. These skills give them the chance to start businesses, work in salons, and create a better future. 💪

If you had told my 21 year old, newly graduated hairstylist self that I would still get to do hair 25 years later AND own an amazing business, mentor new stylists, grow a team of AMAZING, TALENTED stylists, mentor other salon owners, speak and teach about our industry on a stage, operate a non-profit organization teaching those less fortunate how to be successful with a career in the salon, dress up and go to awards shows where I get to present an award, attend cocktail parties, theme parties AND get to do with some of the best in the biz, I would have called you crazy!

It’s all because I LOVE what I do!!!
