I recently found my new favorite eyeliner and also got the chance to try some really nice mascaras. All part of Rimmel London Scandal'eyes line.

First let me tell you about the Scandal'eyes Exaggerate Liquid Liner and what I loved most about it: the applicator. The slim and precise pencil is perfect for creating fine lines, allows space to play around with it for bolder, smudge-free looks for up to 16 hours!

The Scandal'eyes Volume on Demand mascara is a vegan, cruelty-free, and clump-free formula. Now, while I usually do 2-3 layers, this mascara allows for flexible and flake-free reapplication throughout the day. Though this mascara is really nice and I liked the wavy fiber brush, it wouldn't be one I gravitate towards for really accentuating my lashes.

On the other hand though, the Scandal'eyes Reloaded mascara did a great job at lifting and giving length to my eyelashes! I definitely liked this one better and appreciate that the formula is also vegan and clump-proof. For sure the one I'll be choosing more often!

The Porebium line was designed with all unscented/fragrance-free gently exfoliating acids (AHA, BHA, PHA and LHA) known to deep cleanse pores, improve skin texture, and diminish sun damage.

They were delivered at the perfect time for my congested and drier-than-usual skin to get some TLC! So here's my take on them...

💧 Cleansing Foam - is a low pH, super gentle, foamy cleanser that doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry. It also gives the right amount of foam to my liking. Pro tip: leave it on for a minute or so for better results.

✨️ Waterlock Essence - has been my absolute favorite in this line! It has a nice milky texture that helps keep a nice oil and moisture balance, and locks hydration in the skin, while working its magic throughout the day.

🌾 Powder Wash - another favorite of mine! This ezyme powered exfoliator has bit of a grainy texture as you're lathering it. I also noticed it was a bit more foamy than the cleanser, but it didn't las as long. Pro tip: use once or twice a week, leave on for a couple minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.

💦 Peeling Toner - also low in pH and similar to the essence, felt hydrating as it settled in my skin. Though it's pretty good in general, and can also be used daily, I enjoyed using the essence a bit more.

Personally I didn't find any negatives with any of the products. I love that they can be used on most skin types like acne prone, sensitivity, dry and oily.

With that... please keep in mind that all skin types and levels of sensitivity are different. Acids, though gentle, should be used with caution.

A walk in the park 🍃

As the sunny and warm days are finally sticking around more, I've been trying to venture out more, while also taking some steps that I kept pushing aside for a while, and so far I'm liking where this is going.

I'm gonna do my best to posting more often and finding my way on what I want to share with you all, so be ready for what's to come 😊

This weekend was really nice as I got to spend some quality time with my family and got plenty rest from work.

As the weather keeps getting colder here in Kansas City, I find myself missing LA and it's surroundings more and more... the weather, the closeness to the beach, my friends and family, the hiking trails and the food 🤤🏖🌄

But on the other hand I'm so glad my stress level is not as high, traffic is relatively none existing (compared to LA), I've found great places to eat, met new people and get to see one of nieces grow. 💜

So, weather aside, moving out of California hasn't been so bad!

💦 Hyluronic Acid - this was my second favorite of the potions. An unscented, fast absorbing, super hydrating HA with thicker consistency was definitely a treat. It gave my skin an, almost, instant plump.

🍃 Jojoba Oil - my absolute favorite! It has fain natural woodsy smell that I enjoyed. Gave my skin a dewy finish while keeping moisture locked in for most of the day. An absolute must have during this colder seasons.

🍂 Peptide - this one had a lighter watery texture. Also unscented and quick to absorb.

Now here's the thing... the first time I introduced all three to my routine, along with my usual moisturizer, I noticed some peeling which I initially thought could've been caused by the peptides, but after trying again nothing happened so I'm left a little puzzle by this.

That said I did loved all three of this Potions and would definitely recommend, especially that jojoba oil!

🍵 Green Tea Fresh Cleanser - A gentle gel cleanser that is best for oily/combination skin. I loved the initial green tea smell that faded as it foamed, but what I liked most was how my skin never felt stripped/tight.

💦 Green Tea Fresh Toner - While this toner is meant to help balance sebum production, my skin was spared of any tightness, this just feels refreshing and hydrating.

🍃 Green Tea Fresh Serum - Loved this serum! It had a subtle green tea scet that faded as it absorbed. The texture was lightweight and not stick at all. Though it is best for oily to combination skin, my skin didn't have a problem with it.

🌰 Chestnut BHA 2% Clear Liquid - this unscented salicylic gives a gentle exfoliation, great for sensitive skin, removing dead cells and tightening the pores.

🌤 Hyluronic Acid Water Sun Gel - this is most definitely a HOLY GRAIL! 🏆 A chemical sunscreen, meaning no white cast, unscented, easy to apply and the hyluronic acid gives the skin a boost of hydration.

Highly recommend all these products! 💯

💦GLASS GLOW TONER uses a triple collagen formula that claims to pe*****te faster and deeper into the skin barrier, and while we know some studies might not support these claims, Medicube sure did something right! My skin felt plump, hydrated and revitalized after using this essence. *Heads up though, this IS fragranced*.

🍂TRIPPLE DIP ERASING CREAM has been my saving grace! With the colder seasons taking their toll on my skin, this cream provides a luxurious moisturizing effect, with the premium elastin used to conditions the skin and Enanantia Cloranthia Bark extract for pore care, I know my face will be protected during fall! *Also fragranced*

🍋 DEEP VITA C SERUM (AMPULE) this vitamin C uses ascorbic acid to help improve hyperpigmentation, even out skin tone, and increase skin elasticity. But what sets this one apart is their developing technology wich ensures maximum efficacy 👌🏼

GOOD for:
✅ Dry and dehydrated skin
✅ Combination skin
✅ Mature skin

NOT for:
❌ Acne prone skin
❌ Sensitive skin
❌ Sensitized skin
