Anyone want any sourdough bread?

This Thursday (June 11th) starting at 1 PM, I’ll have 12 loaves of classic sourdough bread as well as sourdough chocolate chip scones, tomato herb sourdough focaccia and sourdough granola.

The last couple of weeks I’ve been setting out extra bread and those who have come later missed out as the classic loaves sold out rather quickly.

Hopefully this week there is enough to go around for you to grab a loaf for yourself and even an extra loaf to give as a gift. Or, simply snag a bag of granola while you check out the organic skin care that I have to offer as well.

I have added a few new items to my stand— handmade ceramics (made by local artists) and fragrance free coco shea butter lotion bars.

As always, it’s a joy to be able to provide wholesome and organic products week in and week out. This little hobby has truly grown to be something quite special. Thankful to all who continue to support ✨back to basics✨ bread, broth and beauty!

Last week I opened my organic home market and bread quickly sold out— which I’m so thankful for. However, I felt really bad for those who showed up once it was gone. With that said, I’ve prepared a decent amount of classic sourdough loaves which I’ll have available starting at 1 tomorrow (Thursday, June 4th).

So, if you’re looking for some really good organic sourdough bread, swing by on your way home from work and grab a loaf!

They are made using my classic sourdough dinner roll recipe, but slightly bigger to fit those juicing burgers. I have two fragrances available for this super clean and nourishing deodorant.

Fresh & Clean which is a blend of peppermint, lavender, lemongrass and sweet orange organic essential oils.

and

Earthy Woods which is a blend of cedarwood, lavender, lemongrass and peppermint organic essential oils.

To give a little information about this amazingly nourishing product; tallow works effectively as a natural deodorant by neutralizing odor-causing bacteria while nourishing the skin. Because tallow is deeply moisturizing and rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, it can help soothe dry or irritated underarm skin, making it suitable for people with sensitive skin. It also supports the skin’s natural lipid barrier, unlike many chemical deodorants that can disrupt it.

Home bakers and bread lovers, I have designed this class especially for you! For three hours, immerse yourself in a detailed class of sourdough bread baking. Try your hand at measuring , mixing, folding, shaping, scoring and baking organic sourdough bread. Come curious, come hungry, and come excited; sourdough has never been this easy! No prior experience is required, all skill levels are warmly welcomed.

About the Class
In this class, you will learn:
* How to bake Sourdough from scratch
* Shaping and folding techniques
* Scoring and Sourdough decorative scoring
* How to grow and maintain your own starter from scratch

Students get to bring home:
* 2 Sourdough classic loaves
* 1 cup Sourdough starter
* Sourdough guide to baking your own loaf and maintaining your starter
