I created a new blog post today with some of my thoughts about moms (and women in general).

My mind wonders if you can actually be a healthy woman if your skin is not healthy.

As the largest organ in our body, our lives depend on it. We may think thinning skin is not an issue, or dehydrated skin causes no other issues, but that is not the case. As we age, thinning skin can cause us many issues that are more than us liking the appearance or not. Thinning skin means a compromised barrier that will not hold up to illness, medical procedures, or put us in a bad place to have an IV or a blood draw.
