About the Role

I’m a solo business owner seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Wax Specialist to join the growing team. I specialize in providing exceptional waxing services in a comfortable, welcoming environment where client experience comes first.

Responsibilities

* Perform professional face and body waxing services
* Educate clients on pre- and post-wax care
* Recommend retail products that support client results
* Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room
* Ensure all services comply with Hawaii sanitation and licensing requirements
* Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive client experience
* Assist with maintaining inventory and studio cleanliness as needed

Qualifications

* Current Hawaii Esthetician or Cosmetology License
* Waxing experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Ability to work independently and build client relationships

Ideal Candidate

* Passionate about waxing and skincare
* Comfortable performing Brazilian and full-body waxing services
* Motivated to grow their clientele and increase retail sales
* Values professionalism, cleanliness, and client comfort
