That goes for ANY shampoo! Remember our products are highly concentrated so you only need a dime to nickel size amount of product.

Couple of other tips... Don’t pile your hair on top of your head to shampoo and don’t scrub too hard (I was guilty of both of these before Monat). All of these things are causing friction and roughs up your cuticle causing frizz, tangles and damage to your hair. 😰
Instead, apply shampoo to your roots with your finger pads and gently work to the ends.

If you struggle with oil, try washing your hair upside down to get those oily areas.👌

The first wash removes the dirt and the second wash (where the suds happen) is what makes it squeaky clean. 😍 Using black for clarifying and thinning? Use it first before you use your revive or renew.

Rinse really well, I mean really well.

Follow up with a dime to nickel size amount of conditioner (or more Bc I’m a cond addict). Leave on while you finish in the shower. Then rinse and rinse some more. I will comb gently with my fingers in the shower as well most times.

Bonus tip...use cold water to rinse your hair before you get out of the shower to help the cuticle of your hair lay down and prevent frizz.👌

I highly recommend a microfiber towel to dry your hair.
