Seriously YouTube has everything. This last year it has blown my mind the things I can find. Physical therapy and workout music. I do this music 30 minutes a day and it never gets old. Seriously when I could barely move a thing this help me get motivated. Now I am jamming right along with it and almost sad when it is done. You should try it out even if you're sitting in a chair, close your eyes and just move. Blessed to be here today on this beautiful day the Lord made! ❤️🥰
