Signed up for my first hour-long HOT Pilates class and walked in feeling confident… walked out questioning every life choice. 🤣🔥
I survived, I sweated enough to fill a pool, and I discovered muscles I didn’t know existed. Pretty sure my core is still chilling on the floor in there…….
My tail is officially kicked, but I’m already looking forward to going back. Progress over perfection! 💪✨

I typically see clients for date nights, weddings, girls nights, vacation, prom/homecoming…. BUT, don’t let that be the only reason to spray!! This wonderful client wanted some extra color for her FIRST ever 5K run. She looked amazing while completing a goal, and I am HERE FOR IT!

If I’ve heard ONE excuse, I’ve heard them all. 🤪 Also, full disclosure… I am also my own worst client. 🤷♀️
🌟I will be the one that’s shaving/exfoliating hours before my tan.
🌟 I will be the one that rinses the bronzer in scalding hot water, instead of luke warm.
🌟I will be the one that is running late to my own tan, at my own place.
☠️ I will NOT be the one that “teetees” in the shower. Yes, Ladies, when those “what did I do” pics come in - WE KNOW.
☠️I will NOT be the one wearing leggings to the appointment.
☠️I will NOT be the one that ignores ALL post tan instructions, then wonder why I didn’t develop. Again, yes we can tell by the pictures EXACTLY what happened there….. 🤷♀️
