Let’s talk curly hair inspiration photos!!⬇️📸
I love love love when clients bring inpsiration photos to the appointment to help give me ideas of what they are looking for BUT!!!!! We have to remember these photos are typically posed. That will include the following sometimes:
-hair is split down the middle in the back & all pushed forward📸
-hair is being held differently to help show shape📸
-the person might be leaning or positioned differently to show shape📸
If you ever feel like your hair never looks like the photos you see - the person in the photo might not even look like that normally. We dont walk around with all our hair pushed forward and standing at a weird angle and using our hands to hold it up. Instagram isn’t real life & we need to give ourselves a little grace when it comes to comparing our curls to others💞
