On July 5th My niece’s fiancé Jonathan Bowman was on a routine call when a sudden backdraft triggered an explosion of the house he was entering. He suffered a serious compound fracture to his dominant arm  and had to have surgery. He will be out of work for a few months until it completely heals. We are having a raffle to help him with some of his expenses while he is out of work please help us support him.

The secret is the sauce Ingredients: an entire chicken - 1 piece salt - 5 g (0.18 oz) black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz) garlic powder - 3 g (0.11 oz) onion powder - 5 g (0.18 oz) oregano - 5 g (0.18 oz) onion - 2 pieces red bell pepper - 50 g (1.76 oz) yellow bell pepper - 50 g (1.76 oz) tomatoes - 200 g (7 oz) garlic - 30 g (1 oz) parsley - 50 g (1.76 oz) zucchini - 2 pieces potatoes - 600 g (21.16 oz) carrots - 200 g (7 oz) IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/50 minutes Tray size 32 X 35 cm (12.6 x 14 in) for the sauce: yogurt - 300 g (10.6 oz) parsley - 20 g (0.7 oz) lime peel - 10 g (0.35 oz) lime juice - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz) salt - 3 g (0.11 oz) black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)
