First week down of our 30 days to fit. I lost 1 lb and an inch off my waist. More importantly I am having more restful sleep and feel more energized in my daily life. Yay Arbonne for developing this easy to follow lifestyle and nutrition plan.

Yesterday was my first day back in the gym after an 8 week hiatus and recovery from a torn hamstring. Ill be honest, it was hard, especially coming off the holidays. I was discouraged because exercises that I had been feeling strong in, not two months ago, I felt weak in. The thing is that even though it was hard, I did it. 1 hour at a time, I am rebuilding my strength and I am committed. Thanks to the support of my trainer, I am encouraged as well. It's all part of living healthier in 2013.

Started our 30 days to fit yesterday. This will be my 4 th time doing this. I'm looking forward to the energy and renewed sense if vitality I always feel at the end of this. I will be sharing my journey weekly with health tips, recipes, exercise and inspiration. I hope that each of you who are also on this program with us will find it helpful.
