Barefoot Massage- the deepest deep! Using the broad portion & arch of the foot to administer most of the strokes, however the heel, toes & ball of the foot maybe utilized as tools in the massage. Using Bars & working with gravity I am able to drop in with so much more pressure than a traditional deep tissue massage, giving the deepest deep! In addition Kalari massage practitioners believe that when using the feet, a Prana circuit is established which connects earth, man & heaven.
