When do you connect with your true essence? Like many, I feel like I'm made up of different parts - my career self, creative self, feminine self, nurturing self, and free-spirited self. Each of these aspects shines in its own way, yet Yoga teaches us to look beyond these roles to find our deepest selves. We're more than our surface-level identities; we're boundless beings. In a world that often highlights differences, let's not forget our shared humanity. As a light worker, I'm drawn to the profound truth that we're all one at our core. When darkness falls and the world is still, we're reminded of our equality. We all sleep, dream, and transcend into the vast expanse of the universe. One energy pulsates through every heart. Let's spread love, share kindness, and show compassion. We're all in this journey together.

Choosing to live authentically and pursue my passions can be both exhilarating and intimidating. As a creative, I've learned to navigate the tension between meeting societal expectations and staying true to myself. I'm grateful that I'm able to live in Maui and raise a strong, independent daughter, despite the financial challenges that come with it. There are days when the uncertainty feels overwhelming, but I've developed strategies to manage my worries. By prioritizing movement, meditation, and connection with nature, I'm able to stay focused on my goals. I trust that my business will continue to grow, and I'm excited to see what's next. Mahalo Maui for the opportunity to live and thrive here. Love you friends. Have a blessed Sunday 🙏🌺.
Emergency Low Back Session here with one of my seasonal canadian clients. He is an avid cyclists and after his last ride he woke up with low back spasms and lots of restrictions. Most therapists will just start to work where the client is feeling the pain. But I address where you are having the issue. With my movement and hands on assessments I can figure out where we need to focus and get you out of pain and moving better!
