As a reminder, please call the salon if you'd like to make an appointment. We keep getting messages via Yelp, Google, Facebook etc. We do not monitor these sites and are unable to make appointments this way.

In efforts to remain profitable without raising prices, we are being forced to change some of our business practices.
Please know that we appreciate all of our clients, and realize that without you we wouldn't have a business.
We have had so many "no shows", it has became necessary to implement a policy.
- We understand that emergencies and schedule changes occur, however, a 24 hour notice will now be required for canceled or rescheduled appointments. Cancelations without 24 hour notice will be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit in order to reschedule. After 1st offense 25% fee, 2nd offense 50% fee, 3rd offense 75% fee, after 4th offense you will be required to pay in full before being allowed to book an appointment.
We have resisted doing this for quite some time, because we would rather do hair than paperwork!
- If you are Tardy for your appointment it will be a case by case basis, we will have to work with your scheduled timeframe and may not be able to finish your service. You may have to leave with wet hair, or part of your service may not be possible. If your tardiness is significant it will be considered a no show and the appropriate deposit will be required to reschedule.
- Exceptions to this policy will be if winter weather closes schools. We want everyone to be safe!
