✨Quick Tips Beautiful Eyes ✨

✨Apply a nourishing eye cream morning and night. In winter it’s more important than ever since the eye area is so thin and prone to dehydration. A light touch only, using your ring finger.
✨Reduce puffiness by avoiding food high in sodium like chips or even soups which are notoriously high in sodium. The less processed foods the better.
✨Avoid alcohol and gluten to wake up to less puffiness and dark circles
✨Reduce puffiness by using an eye cream with caffeine/green tea to help sluggish circulation and lymphatic drainage. Apply eye gels (eye patches) with caffeine and leave them on while you get ready. I have several kinds by Patchology in my online shop 💛
✨Dark circles are a little more challenging because there are many causes: pigmentation, circulation or shadows. It’s best to use eye products to help promote circulation while brightening the area. Again green tea/caffeine along with vitamin C are the gold standards. I love the 💛Saint Jane Bright Repair Eye Cream with 10% vitamin C and the 💛IS Clinical C Eye Serum Advance+
✨Lymphatic drainage massage. Use a gentle facial oil or even grape seed oil for slip. Light massage along the brow bone and under the eyes toward your temples. Circlular massage at temples moving down along both sides of face, behind the eyes and down the neck toward your clavicle. Repeat several times. For even better results use Ice Globes. 👉🏻Coolness over the eyes is always better than heat.
✨DIY: Brew black tea. Place in the refrigerator. Soak some cotton rounds in the cooled tea. Apply over closed eyes for 5-10 min. The tannins in the tea help to vasoconstrict and reduce puffiness & dark circles.
✨Reduce eye strain by wearing Blue Light reducing glasses while on the computer.
✨Improve your lashes by using a serum to increase length. I love LiLash💛. Just apply once per day. You will see results beginning at 4 weeks and increasing up to 16 weeks. Once you have your lashes to the length you love, back off the serum to just 3-4 times/week.
✨Straight lashes? No problem, Lash Lifts (in 📸) or extensions offer immediate results.
