My Semaglutite experience…
So frustrated when I started menapause at 50… gained 30 lbs over 3 years!!! Was able to lose 20 on phentermine and B12 shots after I hit menapause at 53, but was never able to get below 120 lbs and continually gained it back!
I averaged 105-110 lbs throughout my 20s-40s…)
60 years old… Started on Semaglutide in late Aug 2023 (131 lbs) and hit goal weight of 110 lbs in Oct 2023… now maintaining 107-109 lbs without any Semaglutide!
