DC Bodywork - Diana Christmas

Here it is. My podcast debut! Thank you to Eric and Anthony for having me on to share a piece of my story on their platform, Turning On The Light.

Walking through the podcast with them made me realize even more how grateful I am to be where I am today. Sometimes our greatest setbacks and disappointments can actually be the greatest things to happen to us.

A lot can change as you sense freedom within your body, mind and soul. Leaving restrictions, habits, & old patterns behind - learning to dance with gravity and lean into it. As you align those things, you will become even more aware of the potential you possess within you.

Ease.
Release.
Restore.
