A thing I do all year round is make my own chicken, veggie and beef stock. Wonderful for soup season of course! Another tip is use them instead of water to cook rice, peas, quinoa, green beans, faro, or couscous. Adds so much more flavor! I also put stock in the bottom of a Dutch oven or crock pot to braise a roast.
