Happy New Years Everyone!!

Well I’ve not really shared my success with using Noom. As of today I’m down 21 lbs. I am on my way to be back to 150 lbs by my 50 th birthday in August.
Honestly this program has worked for me where so many others failed.

If your interested in trying it, I would not suggest getting the extra programs. I’ve not changed what I eat but learned more about how I need to think of food and how my mental state clearly effected my weight gain.

We all live with some type of pain. Be it mental or physical or an emotional state. I’m learning that you can only try so much to be loved and go out of your way for others. But be kind compassionate and see all sides of everyone involved. If a relationship is not balanced all you can do is try, try again and again, try talking it out, then cry get it out of your system and shift your focus back on yourself. Be good to yourself, seek support and find ways to cope. Try being active, cuddle up with a loving pet, get counseling, meditation, call a friend. You are never alone. We all want to be loved, feel special. So to all my friends and family you are loved and special to me. Even those who look like they are happy and never show hurt on social media are facing Hardships. Be kind and love each other. If ever you need a friend always know you can reach out to me.

Ordered 3 new books for self improvement and life coaching techniques. Thank you Mandi , for the recommendation of the author. Might have to start a book club with this series as well. There are 3 more I will need to get. Reading is my beauty treatment for my mind.
