It's always special helping a bride get ready on her wedding day but this one was extra special. Not only did I get to do hair and makeup for 2 brides, but they also happened to be my friends, and it was St Patrick's Day! How fun and sweet is this beautiful couple?!

I'm coming to a point of reflection where I don't know where I'm headed next, personally and professionally. Sometimes it's hard to remember the things I love most about my work and sometimes it's so easy. Celsy was a little bit reserved in my chair but seeing these photos of her absolutely lit up and owning the camera remind me that my job has been so much more than blush and curling irons. Empowering women and showing them their true beauty, that sometimes takes a bright red lip and a "Who is that?!" when she looks in the mirror to remind her of her power and beauty, has always been my greatest reward.
