Hair To Dye For

Sometimes clients become more than just clients. 10 years ago I started doing this weird 16 year old’s hair and now she’s still weird but I love her and wouldn’t change a thing. Caitlyn is all grown up and getting married this summer. Which makes me feel old as hell lol. She has been traveling to Knoxville since I moved here 3 years ago to see me for her hair. She booked engagement photos but unfortunately didn’t have time to make it out here before them to refresh her color. So she went to a local stylist. I was nervous but hopeful it would go smoothly. Well it didn’t….and the fact that the stylist charged her what she did and let her walk out with this color is just not acceptable in my eyes. Also, these pictures were taken TWO DAYS after she got her hair done, with a few weeks worth of grow out…She was distraught only having a week to figure out what to do. So I started brainstorming and looking at my schedule. I decided to drive to middle Tennessee on Monday to fix hair at her house. I got there at 5pm and got back home at 2am. It was a long process and we were both in pain because not having my salon equipment is hardddd. But I couldn’t be more pleased with and proud of the outcome. I’m so glad I could make it work for my girl. I can’t wait to see her walk down the aisle this summer. She deserves all the happiness and good things. I love you Caitlyn. Thank you for choosing me to trust with your hair and so much more after all these years. Now don’t let anyone else ever touch your head again, k thanksssss 😘
