Right now, “take a hike” is defined as a rude way of telling someone to leave. But we think it should mean something better: an invitation to step outside, reset your mind, and reconnect with nature.

Those who love the Appalachian Trail and other outdoor spaces know that hiking isn’t just a trek in the woods. It’s a proven way to reduce stress, improve health, and lift your mood.
