Wishing there was a way to get rid of split ends without cutting my hair...is there? I want it long, but it seems stagnant the last year or so. Does it just stop growing at some point?

Even when I straighten my hair, it still ends up a poofy mess within an hour. Loving this humidity! I would love advice on a product that would make it smooth but not oily looking. Thanks ladies!
